Welcome to our parent community.

How many times have you thought to yourself, “Is parenthood this hard for anyone else, or is it just me?”

Parenting can feel isolating and overwhelming. Balancing daily responsibilities and navigating family dynamics can leave you feeling defeated, especially if you have a child with unique needs or challenges.

You may feel like you’re the only one experiencing these feelings, but the good news is that you’re not alone. We would love to have you be a part of our parent community. Join us each month as we come together to share our parenting struggles, triumphs and everything in between.

Take a moment for your own well-being.

In addition to general support, group meetings also explore the various systems and circumstances that impact our well-being as parents. Each session focuses on a different topic, with discussion and an activity to apply that topic to your unique situation.

From learning how your nervous system impacts your daily life, to strategizing ways to simplify your day, we cover it all a little bit at a time.
